Win11 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Guide
Please read this document carefully before using the win11 platform. By registering for or using any of our services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms set out below.
1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the win11 platform ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by win11, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using this Platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. win11 reserves the right to request age verification at any time. Any user found to be under the required age will have their account suspended immediately.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to register and hold only one (1) account on the win11 platform. Multiple registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of any balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or inaccurate details may result in account suspension and the forfeiture of any associated winnings or bonus balances.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. win11 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
The platform uses SSL encryption to protect all data communications. However, the security of your password remains solely your responsibility.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the win11 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Malaysian laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform
- Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the platform's security systems
- Sharing or selling account access to third parties
- Uploading or distributing unlawful, offensive, or harmful content
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or activities that violate financial laws
- Exploiting system or promotional vulnerabilities with fraudulent intent
Win11 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including account suspension, fund freezing, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All transactions on the win11 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports popular local payment methods used by Malaysian users, including TNG eWallet and FPX (online bank transfers from major Malaysian banks).
Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe specified, depending on the payment method selected. win11 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals are processed in accordance with the platform's current policies and are subject to successful identity verification. win11 reserves the right to request supporting documents for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes before approving any withdrawal. All withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, for security purposes.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to the terms and rollover requirements specified in their respective promotion terms. Bonus balances may not be withdrawn directly until all stipulated conditions have been fully met.
5. Account Policy, Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
Win11 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon request by a lawful authority. If an account is closed due to a user's own violation, any bonus balance may be forfeited. Valid cash balances will be returned once the investigation is concluded and no breach is confirmed.
Limitation of Liability
Win11 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses incurred by users. The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted service and accepts no responsibility for losses arising from technical disruptions, system maintenance, or factors beyond the platform's control.
Intellectual Property
All content on the win11 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interfaces, is the exclusive property of win11 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any element of the platform without the express written consent of win11.
Third-Party Links
The platform may contain links or references to third-party services. win11 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Win11 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. The date of the most recent update will be stated at the top of this document. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia. Bahasa Malaysia and English are the official languages of these Terms; in the event of any inconsistency between translations, the Bahasa Malaysia version shall prevail.
